Inside sales people work via the telephone, we can do either lead generation and lead management via inside sales, however they do not visit your clients. The outside sales people conduct face to face sales. Both programs perform full life cycle sales.

No, they are not offshore or nearshore. All our inside sales people are based in our Maryland HQ building. They are all full time professional sales people who are specifically chosen for your program and focused 100% on your success. They do not work from their homes; they are not part time employees or students.

All clients conduct the initial training on the product or service. We cannot be an expert in 10-45 days, so we have all our clients conduct the training and we utilize this as a train the trainer model. With any changes or additions to the sales team, SFI will conduct the product/service training.

No. A Manufacturers Rep, typically a 1099 contractor, is a sales person who is selling multiple products to the same industry, only giving attention to specific products at specific times. A Sales Outsourcing Solution, with W2 fulltime employees, is a one to one ratio. The sales people are 100% dedicated to a program and represent only 1 brand.

Depending on the size of the program, the entire process can take less than 2 weeks or may take up to 45 days.

Yes. We provide Inside Sales programs that can target the entire nation with lead generation or full life cycle sales and we provide outside sales conducting face to face sales through the US and globally.

Our sales outsourcing services fees depend on the type of service, the industry and the region where we are selling. It depends on inside vs. outside sales and the skill sets required. All programs include a startup fee to build the sales plan, a monthly or hourly rate, plus an incentive plan for results we generate.

Our outside sales reps are deployed in a particular market to meet with prospects on behalf of our clients. We are card carrying members of your organization. We perform the face to face visit, present the solution or product and close the sale on your behalf. We can launch teams across the US and Globally depending on your needs. We will work with you to determine location and number of reps requirement, then recruit, launch and manage the dedicated teams.

Once we have the executed contract from you, we will immediately begin our S.O.L.D. process by scheduling a Kickoff meeting between your key personal and our operations team that will manage your program. After the Kickoff meeting we will begin developing the Sales Plan and recruiting the sales personnel for your program. Each sales person is chosen based on industry knowledge and skillset. Within 10 – 45 days we will have finalized the plan and chosen the sales reps. When the sales reps begin this is called Launch day and the training begins. Once the training has completed, we will deploy the team and manage them on a daily basis.

We will have regularly scheduled conference calls to review the status of the program and our achievement in meeting your expectations.
