The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible to manage sales teams in various industries as well as new business development and growing our client base by identifying and securing additional opportunities. This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our client. The SM guides the sales representatives by coaching, training and providing direct instructions and assistance in client acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management:

  • Be resourceful in using multiple approaches to ensure conversion

The Healthcare Sales Representative is responsible for the acquisition of new customers and manage existing customer base in the Pharmacy Industry. This will be achieved through daily prospecting, lead building and proper follow up of scheduled appointments and referrals.
