We offer excellent sales support as well as paid training to ensure that you are fully prepared. Compensation includes a base salary and a generous commission plan.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys every part of the sales process, from the initial prospecting call, through follow-up service and relationship building
  • Is an energetic team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Has strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Has the ability to meet goals and deadlines; efficient time management
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Sales CRM’s

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in energy sales preferred
  • Door to Door B2B Sales experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

  • Salary plus Commission – First year target earnings $50k
