Before your “Launch Date,” we will recruit for your team and create a “Sales Toolkit” with training processes, KPIs, etc. We stay in contact with you and your company during this process to ensure all expectations are being met. We ensure that we hire the right people for the job through a concise interview process, a thorough background check, and a drug screening.
Your new sales team will complete onboarding and begin training on your “Launch Date.” Training typically takes a week or less. Once your representatives are trained, they will begin selling. Each salesperson represents your company and presents themselves that way to your customers. As our client, your customers will never know the Sales Focus Inc. name even though your sales personnel are W-2 employees of ours.
Your sales team will be required to keep track of the work they do and report it daily. We have streamlined this process, so it only takes employees a few minutes to log their KPIs each day. You’ll have regular meetings with your team’s designated Operations Administrator and Manager to ensure that the reps are meeting their performance goals and getting the support they need.
We will continue to manage the sales team and provide them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. This means we provide them with equipment, benefits, holidays, etc. We also keep staffing levels up and never charge you to fill a position that becomes open.
